Refund Policy

Riskora charges subscription fees for software infrastructure, simulated data systems, and account provisioning. Fees are not deposits and are not held as trading capital.

1. Non-refundable charges

Fees are non-refundable once your account environment has been provisioned or renewed for a billing cycle. By proceeding with payment you acknowledge that simulated infrastructure begins running on your behalf immediately upon activation.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing cycle starts.
• Cancellation stops future auto-renew charges and does not reverse completed-cycle charges.
• You retain access until the end of the paid period.

3. Exceptional cases

If duplicate billing or a clear technical charging error occurs, raise a support request within 7 days of the charge date. Verified errors are corrected to the applicable extent (refund or credit) within 7 working days of verification.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
