1. What Riskora does not do

• Does not provide investment advice, stock recommendations, or guaranteed returns.
• Does not accept client funds for investment or execute trades in customer brokerage accounts.
• Does not provide portfolio management or research-analyst services.
• Is not registered with SEBI because SEBI registration is not required for educational software providers that do not handle client funds or give advice.

2. What Riskora provides

• Simulated trading interfaces with virtual capital and educational controls.
• Discipline scoring, violation logs, and account-lock mechanisms for training purposes.
• Educational content related to risk management and trader behaviour.

3. Market data

Riskora displays market data sourced from a licensed broker market-data API, NSE-published endpoints, and third-party providers — typically real-time during market hours, with last-close or delayed data outside session hours or on fallback. Data may be cached for up to 60 seconds and, on fallback, delayed by up to 15 minutes for derivative indices. Always cross-verify before any real trading decision.

4. Important notice

Any references to rebates, sponsorship, certification, or programme benefits are platform programme benefits and do not represent market-linked payouts, investment returns, or regulated financial products. Trading in securities and derivatives carries substantial risk; users are solely responsible for decisions made in their own brokerage accounts.
